DELIVERY & RETURNS
SHOOHS sends your products primarily by DHL package. The transport risk lies with the sender. Please note: If a packing station is specified as the delivery address, shipping is only possible via DHL. The goods are ready for dispatch on the day following your order at the latest. Unless otherwise agreed with you, delivery will take place ex warehouse within 2-4 working days to the delivery address you have specified, depending on the choice of shipping method and delivery location. Due to unforeseeable events such as strikes, there may be delays in delivery in exceptional cases. The costs for packaging and shipping are EUR 4.95 within Germany, and EUR 6.90 for Switzerland and Austria. Any customs fees for deliveries to Switzerland are to be borne by the customer.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. Products can only be returned for a refund of the purchase price if they are not used.
To return the product against a refund of the purchase price, send the product in question to our address within 14 days:
- You are responsible for returning / sending back the shipped products.
- Please do not glue the shoebox directly.
- Please let us know your name, the invoice number, the invoice amount and your bank details when you return the goods and enclose these in the package.
- If the product returned to us is returned on time and in its original packaging, is not used and has not been damaged, the purchase price will be refunded.
- The purchase price will be refunded to the account specified by you within fourteen days of receipt of the return.
